Triumph Spitfire 1500 with Overdrive 1979
Taken in as a part exchange. Brown with black interior & hood.
Mechanically the car drives nicely, the interior is in generally good order and
the hood is newish and waterproof. It is a good solid car with excellent panel
gaps and no sign of corrosion.
However as it was last resprayed 17 years ago it is overdue a respray as the
paint is dull all-over and peeling in places. Been recently serviced and had new
unleaded head fitted (by ourselves). The car is original and correct along with
a period 1980s bootrack. The mileage reading is 68,800 miles, the MoT lasts
until March 2015, it is not taxed.
